<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dust content of blast furnace gas to a dust content of air or less. <P>SOLUTION: High temperature water or high temperature steam of a temperature of the blast furnace gas subjected to secondary dust removal or more is sprayed on the blast furnace gas subjected to the secondary dust removal by a dust collector. The blast furnace gas subjected to the secondary dust removal is heated/humidified, the heated/humidified blast furnace gas is passed through a furnace top pressure recovery turbine, a water content in the blast furnace gas is condensed in an expansion process of the blast furnace gas in the furnace top pressure recovery turbine, produced mist entraps residual dust in the blast furnace gas, and the dust containing mist is exhausted from the furnace top pressure recovery turbine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
