The invention relates to a mobile radio terminal for a mobile radio network, for example for GSM and UMS networks which comprise data processing means, in particular for processing data on communication partners. Said data processing means comprise a processor, storage devices, a display and a user interface. The inventive mobile radio terminal comprises identification means for the identification thereof in the mobile radio network, a signalling device indicating the connection of said mobile radio terminal to the mobile radio network, and a detection unit for detecting the communication partners which are connected thereto. The mobile radio terminal is provided with a telephone index or a list (10) of preferred communication partners. Said means are used for automatically establishing the order of communication partners in which they are shown on the display according to predetermined criteria.
