PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance weight making a weight of suitable shape for a fixture, low in cost, strong and easy to use. SOLUTION: A tube is provided with sealing ports 3 at both ends, and a lateral separating band 2 at the center. The separating band is fixed to the tube with a Velcro strap (R). A hoop 1 of a rope is used as a handle to fill sand or the like, and sealing is carried out using a string or the Velcro strap. The separating band 2 is equally formed in three parts, and the sealing ports are connected to each other to form a quadrangle and to fill sand or the like.
