PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil replacing device for a refrigerating cycle capable of automatically replacing oil while operating the refrigerating cycle, replacing all oil in the refrigerating cycle by operation for a predetermined time, and minimizing refrigerant that is discharged into the atmosphere. SOLUTION: The replacing device for the oil circulating in the refrigerating cycle including a compressor 2 and a gas-liquid separator 6 connected to a suction side of the compressor 2 is composed so that it is provided with an oil recovery container 11 connected to an oil recovery port 6C of the gas-liquid separator 6 via an oil recovery valve 12, an oil feeding container 13 enclosing the oil for replacement and connected to an oil feeding/draining port 2B or the suction side of the compressor 2 via an oil feeding valve 14, and a pump 15 communicated with the oil recovery container 11 and the oil feeding container 13, lowering an internal pressure of the oil recovery container 11 lower than an internal pressure of the gas-liquid separator 6, and raising an internal pressure of the oil feeding container 13 higher than an internal pressure of the compressor 2.
