PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce circuit scale of hardware by facilitating appropriation of the existing software in expansion of an address space of a storage device which stores an instruction code of a program. SOLUTION: The address space of the storage device which stores the program exceeding the maximum address space of the instruction code is expanded by switching memory banks and the same physical address of the storage device is allocated to a common area 11 which stores a common processing program of programs to be arranged in each of memory banks 12, 13, 14.
