PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handled and convenient neck cover structure for a quilt allowing anyone to easily and surely attach/detach the neck cover to/from a quilt cover and prevented from being turned up and detached while sleeping. SOLUTION: The bag-shaped neck cover 2 into which a neck part 1a of the quilt cover 1 is inserted is formed and detachable fasteners 6 are attached between the upper side edge part 2b of the neck cover 2 and the front cloth 3 of the quilt cover 1 corresponding thereto and between the lower side edge part 2a of the neck cover 2 and the lining cloth 4 of the quilt cover 1 corresponding thereto respectively.
