PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which corresponds to a plurality of radio communication systems and frequency bands, can simultaneously perform reception and transmission of different radio communication systems and can use an antenna diversity with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This antenna device has a first antenna 1 matched with first, second and third frequency bands, a second antenna 2 matched with the third frequency band, a diplexer 3, etc. A high frequency switching circuit 4 switches a transmitter 8 or a receiver 7 and connects a signal of the first frequency band to the diplexer 3. A high frequency switching circuit 5 switches a recevier 9 or a transmitter 10 and connects a signal of the second frequency band to the diplexer 3. The high frequency switching circuit 5 and a high frequency switching circuit 6 switch the second antenna 2 or the diplexer 3 and connect a signal of the third frequency band to a transceiver 11.
