PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover body opening and closing structure capable of preventing from being opened and closed in a single operation and increasing the convenience for use and safety, a liquid feeding device with the structure, and a liquid fuel combustion device. SOLUTION: This cover body opening and closing structure comprises a cap 30 for opening and closing an oil filler port, a swingable cap lever 40 lockingly fitted to a lever pin 18 around the oil filler port when the cap 30 is fitted and releasing the locked fitting to the lever pin 18 when the cap 30 is removed, a swingable cap button 50 capable of swinging the cap lever 40 in opening direction based on a pressing operation when the cap 30 is removed, and a swingable lock lever 60 restricting the pressing operation of the cap button 50 when the cap 30 is fitted and allowing the pressing operation of the cap button 50 when the cap 30 is removed. Since the opening and closing of the oil filler port of an oil supply tank in a single operation can be restricted by swingably operating the lock lever 60, the cap is not opened and closed by a mistake and any inconvenience is not produced.
