PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or remove erasure in an image forming member including a polyamide overcoat layer. SOLUTION: The image forming member has a base material, a charge transfer layer including a charge transfer material dispersed therein and an overcoat layer containing a tris-amino triphenyl compound which has a structure represented by formula (1).
