PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine useful for preventing and/or treating hepatic disorders induced by various medicines and chemical substances. SOLUTION: This medicine useful for preventing and/or treating the hepatic disorders induced by the chemical substances contains a pyrazolone derivative expressed by formula (I) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is H, an aryl, an alkyl or an alkoxycarbonyalkyl; R<SP>2</SP>is H, an aryloxy, an arylmercapto, an alkyl or a hydroxyalkyl; or R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>together together form an alkylene; R<SP>3</SP>is H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a hydroxyalkyl, benzyl, naphthyl, phenyl, or a phenyl substituted with 1-3 substituents selected from the group consisting of an alkyl, an alkoxy, a hydroxyalkyl, an alkoxycarbonyl, an alkylmercapto, an alkylamino, a dialkylamino, a halogen atom, trifluoromethyl, carboxy, cyano, hydoxy, nitro, amino and acetamido] as an active ingredient.
