GLASS CLOTH FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass cloth for printed circuit board having excellent varnish impregnation property and surface smoothness. SOLUTION: The gap X between the warps or wefts of the glass cloth composed of warps and wefts is defined by the formula X=ä25,000-(A×B)}/(B-1) (1). The gap X between the warps and/or the wefts satisfies the formula (about 10)≤X≤(about 50) (2). In the formulas, X is the gap between the warps or the wefts of the woven fabric (μm), A is width of the yarn (μm) and B is the density of the woven fabric (number of yarns/25mm).
