PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an effect equal to or above that by lead and chromates by combinedly using specific fired rust prevention/corrosion prevention agents. SOLUTION: A phosphate, a condensed phosphate or a phosphite and a specific fired rust prevention/corrosion prevention agent are combinedly used. The specific fired rust prevention/corrosion prevention agent has a barrier effect and a neutralization effect different from the synergistic action effect of the conventional rust prevention/corrosion prevention agent, and low water solubility, and is excellent in heat resistance/weather resistance, and the rust prevention/corrosion prevention effect is synergistically increased by combinedly using a phosphate, a condensed phosphate or a phosphite with the same, so that the rust prevention/corrosion prevention effect equal to or above that by lead and chromium compounds can be obtained.
