PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment grouping a completely dynamic network equipment, without control devices. SOLUTION: The network equipment is provided with a network coupling 14 for connecting with a network, without interruptions due to transfer, an identifying signal receiver 11 for receiving an identifying signal transmitted from other equipment, and a peripheral equipment managing table 13 for storing the identifying signal received by the distinguishing signal receiver 11.
