INDOOR RETRANSMISSION SYSTEM AND INDOOR RETRANSMISSION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor retransmission system wherein an ISDB-T receiver can simply receive a TV broadcast at a place such as the inside of a building or a room which a television radio wave hardly reaches.

SOLUTION: A retransmission apparatus 6 uses a reception antenna 7 installed in a room 2a which an ISDB-T radio wave reaches to receive an ISDB-T signal transmitted from a base station and gives the signal to an amplifier unit 8. An amplifier 12 of the amplifier unit 8 amplifies the ISDB-T signal received by the reception antenna 7 and an AGC circuit 13 adjusts the amplified signal to have a prescribed level such as a level for a weak electric field, and a retransmission antenna 9 installed in a room 2b which no radio wave reaches retransmits the resulting signal to an ISDB-T receiver 4. The ISDB-T receiver 4 uses an antenna 5 to receive the radio wave retransmitted from a retransmission antenna 9 of the retransmission apparatus 6 to allow a user to view the ISDB-T broadcast program.
