<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rented flat which provides living environment where senior persons can live without anxiety, realizes efficient operation in expectation of future demands for a medical institution or a nursing home, and enables the owner of a land/building to earn a stable income. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a tenant managing server 110 for managing the tenant of a rented flat, a medical institution operation managing server 210 for managing the operation of the medical institution, and a nursing home operation managing server 310 for managing the operation of a nursing home are connected through a communication line 400. When moving-in is accepted, patient medical records and care receiver's care records are generated, and the moving-in acceptance, the hospitalization acceptance of the medical institution, and the moving-in acceptance of the nursing home are cooperatively operated. A home doctor or an exclusive care manager is selected for the tenant of the rented flat when the tenant moves in, and a tenant terminal 120 arranged in each room is connected to a doctor terminal 220 or a care giver terminal 320 to provide a remote medical service or a remote care service.
