<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where it is believed that, although there are a lot of documents relating to combination of dielectric materials, the reason why they are not practically used is that interposition of a coexisting layer is not thought of. <P>SOLUTION: The coexisting layer is formed by partially mixing and dispersing specific dielectric materials formed of different constituents with/into other adjacent dielectric materials by mechanical and thermal treatments by keeping the properties thereof without impairing them, and performance of each specific dielectric material is prevented from being impaired, so that a smooth and stable apparent dielectric constant can be obtained over a wide range of temperature zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
