<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring photosensitive resin composition, used for the color filter of a liquid crystal display device or a solid-state imaging device, which has excellent coating property even when a liquid-saving coater such as a spinless coater is used. <P>SOLUTION: The coloring photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) a colorant, (B) a binder polymer, (C) a photopolymerizable compound, (D) a photopolymerization initiator, (E) a solvent and (F) a surfactant is characterized in that the surface tension is 25.5 mN/m to 29.0 mN/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
