PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the engine load at high oil temperature by suppressing an unnecessary lubricant flow rate by calculating a more proper necessary lubricant flow rate in accordance with an operating condition. SOLUTION: A CVT control unit 9 calculates an input torque on the basis of a throttle opening detected by a throttle opening sensor 10, when an oil temperature detected by an oil temperature sensor 11 is higher than a predetermined temperature, detects a primary pulley rotating speed from a primary rotating speed sensor 4, calculates a pulley ratio from the primary rotating speed sensor 4 and a secondary rotating speed sensor 5, calculates a necessary flow rate of a belt lubricant on the basis of the input torque, the primary pulley rotating speed and the pulley ratio, and determines a delivery flow rate of an oil pump 8 on the basis of the calculated necessary flow rate.
