PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tread ring including a breaker to be easily and accurately attached by ensuring that a specified toroidal shape is securely obtained in a shaping bladder for tire shaping used when a green cover is transformed to the toroidal shape. SOLUTION: A plurality of main reinforcing layers 12 and 13 are formed at a corresponding part to the crown part of the toroidal shape of the green cover 10 while transformed to the toroidal shape. The main reinforcing layers 12 and 13 have built-in cords 12a and 13a askew in the peripheral direction of the green cover 10 respectively. The inclination directions of the cords 12a and 13a are intercrossed between the main reinforcing layers 12 and 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
