PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align a printing plate in a short time by using a low-cost printing machine. SOLUTION: A flat-bed offset printing machine 10 includes a frame 11, a plate platen 12 and a printing platen 18 provided on the frame 11. A carriage 20 is movably provided on the frame 11. The platen 12 has a plate platen body 12a, a plate 15, and a pin 13a of a drive mechanism 13 inserted into an opening 15a of the plate 15. A position of the plate 15 is detected by a camera 23 mounted at the carriage 20, and the mechanism 13 is driven by a controller 25 based on a signal from the camera 23.
