PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent midway extinction by changing time of a turning-off forgetfulness preventive timer or a storage inside temperature excessive rise preventive temperature by a selected menu in a gas double-sided roasting grill. SOLUTION: A grill cooking menu has newly an a la carte menu 9, and the midway extinction can be prevented by changing the time of the turning-off forgetfulness preventive timer or the storage inside temperature excessive rise preventive temperature by selecting the menu.
