PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cationic electrodeposition coating composition that is almost free from pigment sedimentation during standing storage and cured under a low temperature condition. SOLUTION: The cationic electrodeposition coating composition which is almost free from pigment sedimentation during standing storage and does not need a continuous agitation after make-up of the coating contains (a) a cationic epoxy resin, (b) a curing agent, (c) a pigment, (d) a tin catalyst for curing which is liquid at room temperature and (e) a cationic acrylic resin.
