PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system capable of improving a convenience during the maintenance of a game machine. SOLUTION: In the case of occurrence of error in the game machine inside a game parlor 100, machine identification error information for specifying the game machine having caused the error and the kind of the error is transmitted from a manager 2 to an external server 3 of the game machine manufacturer. Accordingly, machine identification maintenance information for specifying the game machine for maintenance and maintenance information are returned from the external server 3 to the manager 2.
