PURPOSE: Provided are artificial stone boards for interior and exterior construction having beautiful colors and functionalities such as catalyst, deodorant and absorbent by using zeolite and natural fine aggregates as main materials. CONSTITUTION: The artificial stone board(10) comprises 40wt.% of natural zeolite, 30wt.% or less of at least one natural fine aggregates(powder type) selected from white cement, pumice and volcanic rock, water adhesive such as acrylate emulsion, silicon, epoxy, latex or PVA, and 10wt.% or less of pigment. The boards are manufactured by the following steps of: mixing zeolite, aggregates, adhesive and water, wherein the desirable mixing ratio is 27-30wt.% of white cement, 8-10wt.% of volcanic rock, 13-15wt.% of pumice, 40-43wt.% of zeolite and 5wt.% of adhesive; spraying pigment on the inside of a mold(30) and feeding mixed materials(12) into the mold, and vibrating for increase of compaction; hot blast drying and hardening at 60-70deg.C for 12-14hrs; demolding.
