Door locking control apparatus

A processor (10) has data stream sources (A1,A3) and sensing inputs (A2,A4) so that a sensor (S1) connects the source (A1) to input (A2) when a latch, for locking the closed door, is not released. Another sensor (S2) connecting the source (A3) and input (A4) when the door is closed, is connected to the sensor (S1) by the sensor (S3) when the door is opened and the processor outputs signal indicating error. An independent claim is also included for method for monitoring state of door fitted with electrically released latch.
