PURPOSE: Provided is a compound suitable for fiber reactive dye for use in dyeing and printing various fiber materials containing fiber materials having a hydroxyl group and nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: The compound is represented by the following formula and contains at least one sulfo group. In formula, D is a chromophoric radical selected from the group consisting of monoazo, polyazo, metal complex azo, anthraquinone, formazane or dioxazine; B is a linear or branched C2-C12 alkylene, non-substituted or substituted with hydroxy, sulfo or sulfato, or blocked with -O-, -NH- or -N(CH3)-; each of R1, R2 and R3 independently represents H or a substituted or non-substituted C1-C6 alkyl; each of X and X1 independently represents F, Cl, Br, 3-carboxypyridine-1-yl or 3-carbamoylpyridine-1-yl; and V is a non-reactive radical selected from the group consisting of hydroxy, C1-C4 alkoxy, phenoxy, C1-C4 alkylthio, morpholino and substituted or non-substituted amino, or a selected alkylamino or arylamino radical substituted with an SO2-containing group.
