PURPOSE: A blackboard monitor view angle adjustment system is provided to form plural port connectors on a back side of a monitor for connecting to a computer and simply being combined with RGB IO ports, and to enable a user to freely adjust a view angle of the monitor. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a fixed frame(26), a support frame(21), a connecting frame(23), a fixed member, a guide groove, a lever(31) and a link member. The fixed frame(26) is moved while being inserted into the guide groove which is formed longitudinally on a base(13). The fixed member is horizontally moved toward the fixed frame(26). The lever(31) is vertically moved with the fixed member. The link member fixes an angle of the monitor while the support frame(21) is being fixed if the lever(31) is connected to the fixed member and the lever(31) is vertically moved.
