FIELD: medicine, pediatrics, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in treatment of infectious diseases in children. Method involves administration of agents effecting on the level of obligate microorganisms and correcting deficiency of serum calcium. As such agent method involves using a preparation representing a powder a mixture of lyophilized bacterial mass of live bifidobacteria adsorbed on activated carbon particles and calcium gluconate and placed into a sealed bag containing 5 x 107 CFU, not less, of bifidobacteria immobilized on sorbent, 0.5-1 g of calcium gluconate, and 0.10-0.12 g of lactose. The preparation is dosed by one bag 1-3 times per a day, 30 min before eating for 10-14 days. Method provides reducing time for treatment of acute intestine infections, to recover disturbances of intestine microflora and metabolism and avoid adverse responses.
