FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying low power ultrahigh frequency magnetic fields modulated in brain resonance frequency bandwidth. The ultrahigh frequency magnetic fields are modulated in frequency bandwidth of 0.1 to 60 Hz with on-off time ratio changing in stochastic mode of quasi-white noise. The ultrahigh frequency field modulation frequency varies within brain resonance frequency bandwidth when keeping to the following ratio binding frequency bandwidth and total spectrum of modulation signal, in %: deltabandwidth 1-51, theta bandwidth 2-67, alpha-bandwidth 2-59, betabandwidth 1-33 and gamma- bandwidth 1-26.
