FIELD: equipment for footwear treatment. SUBSTANCE: drying device for wet footwear comprises insulated handle in which heater ends are fixed. Heater has electric leads joined to ends thereof and connected to power cord into insulated handle. Heater includes resistive element insulated by dielectric material and covered by waterproof shell. Heater is bent to arc shape and formed as resistive element wound on flexible frame. Waterproof shell is made of flexible insulation material.
