FIELD: production of chemical threads. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical tubular chamber provided with narrowing portion and funnel widening in down direction. Funnel has conical opening for passage of thread. Apparatus is further equipped with processing liquid supply device, used liquid discharge device and released hazardous gas exit device. Used liquid and released gas discharge devices are made in the form of ejection tube having length and diameter of 45-100 mm and 13-25 mm, respectively, with length to diameter ratio being 3.4-4.4. Apparatus is used for continuous treatment of newly formed threads, in particular, acrylic and viscous threads. EFFECT: provision for producing of concentrated gas mixtures for maximum possible regeneration thereof, simplified operation and improved maintenance of apparatus. 1 dwg |
