FIELD: hydraulic engineering, road-building and civil building. SUBSTANCE: structure includes discretely arranged piles having H-section. Shaped thin-walled enclosure panels with support horizontal members are inserted into pile grooves. Coaxial process holes for insertion and securing of discrete rods are formed into plate upper parts and into support members. Lower parts of enclosure panels have angular cuts for installation of gabions filled with macadam-gravel material for seepage water drainage. EFFECT: reduced material consumption, elimination of hydrodynamic pressure, increased load-carrying ability of fixing rods. 2 cl, 5 dwg
