PURPOSE: A pole-zero cancellation method for feedforward amplifier is provided to enhance a linear characteristic of the feedforward amplifier and improving the speed of the feedforward amplifier and increasing the bandwidth of the feedforward amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A band pass filter(11) is connected in parallel to a feedforward amplifier(10) to perform a pole-zero cancellation process. A pole of the feedforward amplifier(10) is cancelled by using zero of the band pass filter(11). The number of poles of a total transfer function is reduced by canceling the pole of the feedforward amplifier(10) by the zero of the band pass filter(11). The pole and the zero are correctly cancelled each other and the speed of the feedforward amplifier is improved.
