PURPOSE: A locking device of a fuel filler door is provided to reduce shaking of the fuel filler door during traveling and improve inferiority in the external appearance caused by inequality of spacing between the fuel filler door and a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A locking device of a fuel filler door(10) comprises a catch slider(100) joining with a latch(30) attached to a vehicle body and adjusting the opening and shutting of the fuel filler door; a vertical plate(200) attached to the fuel filler door at a right angle; a pair of fixing plates rotatably attached to the vertical plate, to restrict the catch slider; and a spring connecting the fixing plates. The catch slider forms a first combining part of a cylindrical shape and a second combining part extended toward the fuel filler door. The vertical plate forms an uneven groove(202) in the middle part to insert and fix the first combining part. The fixing plate forms a finger stop, restricting the second combining part, at an opening part of the uneven groove. A contact part coming in contact with the second combining part is formed in the central direction of the uneven groove. The contact part is positioned at the center side than a rotating shaft of the fixing plate.
