PURPOSE: An iron material assembly type residence is provided to relieve owners from worries and complaints in the various processes of the existing assembly type residence for a long time and to complete a construction within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A building is completed one hundred percent in a factory. The building is folded and moved after divided into three parts, upper, middle and lower parts. Accordingly, there is no number of complaints and it does not take plenty of time to construct the building on a spot. The building is designed based on the use of four seasons so that everyone easily decomposes, assembles and moves the building. In addition, it is possible to enlarge and reconstruct the building.
