PURPOSE: A shutter operating system is provided to protect a shutter by surface pressure caused by a car crash, to economize in driving energy by making the use of low-strength and lightweight shutters possible, to simplify a structure and to decrease working noise and to install in a narrow space by an elastic structure. CONSTITUTION: The shutter operating system contains a flexible shutter(10) attached with bendable guide blocks(13,14), guide channels(20,30) installed on both edges of an entrance and provided with guide grooves(26,36) composed of elastic ribs(22,32) and fixtures(21,31) to guide the guide blocks(13,14), a driving roller ascending a shutter to the opening location or descending to the closing location, and a winding roller winding the ascending shutter.
