The bicortical endo-osseous anchorage has a structure of endo-osseous implant, which has an anchor (1) with a screw. The screw is inserted in the bone of the upper or lower jaw. The anchor has a mounting core with a diameter below 2 millimeter. The mounting core has a sharp penetration tip (4), which facilitates positioning without using cutters.
