The solar panel has a body comprising an assembly of stainless steel frame and a rear plate of polyester injected by super mould, receiving internally an insulating lining of rigid polyurethane. Each of the solar plates is formed by a sheet of copper, with which is associated a copper tube for water circulation positioned transversally, the copper plates embracing the tubes at least partially with a pressurized overlap.
