PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free power generation system capable of being installed near urban-industrial area or the like without selecting location at where no wind blows and of supplying clean energy in such a manner that power transmission and maintenance control are easy and cheap under the current technical level situation that although wind power generation is wonderful by collecting topics as clean energy, it can not work at the location having no wind and is unprofitable with the wind of wind speed of 5 m/s or less. SOLUTION: The power generation system can continuously generate clean energy even under the condition of no wind, further its application is not limited in location such as low lands, mountains, islands, and the universe or the like.
