A granulation system provided, on the inner wall face (200d) of an enclosed granulation chamber (200), with a first nozzle (201) through a fourth nozzle (204) for jetting a fluid toward the inner wall face (200d). Fluid jetting directions of the first nozzle (201) through the fourth nozzle (204) are fixed respectively in specified ones. An objective powder is produced using the granulation system. A granulation system where no foreign matter is generated in the granulation chamber before and after cleaning and a foreign matter is prevented from being mixed into a product is thereby obtained, and dust-free sterile powder can be produced at a low temperature in a short time using the granulation system.
