A feeding apparatus of pilger mill contains a housing with an air cylinder mounted in it and a hydraulic chamber with a braking bushing, a spindle mounted with possibility of reciprocating and rotary motion in the air cylinder and the braking bushing, a drill connected with the spindle through the drilling nut mounted in it, and a ratchet gear fixed on the drill, and stopping "triggers" jammed against its teeth. In the spindle body longitudinal channels are executed, which originate on its ledge and change their direction before the exit on the spindle surface to the side of its rotation during turn over turning. Invention allows increasing the quality of pipe rolling and reducing the harmful axial loads on the pilger mill.
