PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the results of data analysis by a format which can be easily grasped by a user.

SOLUTION: The data analyzing system 9 is provided with a variance analysis processing part 11, a multiple comparison processing part 14 and a display part 16. The variance analysis processing part 11 performs the variance analysis of results obtained by evaluating a plurality of investigation targets (ITs) by two or more items. The multiple comparison processing part 14 extracts an item in which the presence of a significant difference between ITs is decided on the basis of the Pr (F) of items obtained from the results of variance analysis, applies a multiple comparing method between a reference IT and the other IT, decides whether there is a difference between the reference IT and the other IT or not on the basis of whether zero is included in the Lower Bound and Upper Bound of each of other ITs which are obtained by the multiple comparing method or not and decides whether the other IT has evaluation higher than that of the reference IT or not on the basis of the positive or negative value of the evaluation value of each of other IT which is obtained by the multiple comparing method. The display part 16 displays whether the other IT whose difference from the reference IT is decided has evaluation higher than that of the reference IT or not in each extracted item.
