PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating system capable of adjusting temperature with an inexpensive mechanism. SOLUTION: This floor heating system has 200V-heating sheets R1 and R2 laid on an underfloor material, a heating area selection switch 6 for selecting the heating sheet R1 or R2 to be fed from the heating sheets R1 and R2, a full-area selection switch 7 for turning on all the heating sheets R1 and R2 or selectively turning on one of the heating sheets R1 and R2, and a voltage change-over switch 8 for selectively supplying single phase 3-line type AC power of 100V or 200V to either the heating sheet R1 or R2.
