PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an effective obscure image without using a special image processing circuit even in an environment with a low processor throughput. SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 comprises a memory <1> and a memory <2> for holding image data, a spatial filter circuit 16 for filtering image data, a memory transfer circuit 17 having a bit block transfer function for data transfer between the memory <1> and the memory <2>, and a processor 18 for executing control of bit block transfer of image data in the memory <2> to image data in the memory <1>. Image data in the memory <2> are bit-block-transferred to filtered image data in the memory <1>, where the product is saved, the image data saved in the memory <1> are copied in the memory <2>, the image data saved in the memory <1> are filtered, and the image data in the memory <2> are bit-block-transferred to the filtered image data in the memory <1>, where the product is saved as image data.
