PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning operation control system for performing an energy-saved and comfortable air conditioning operation on the basis of an operation plan. SOLUTION: This air conditioning control system 10 for controlling air conditioning operation of a plurality of air conditioning terminals is provided with a memory device 11 for storing the operation plan, wherein operation time and operation condition of the air conditioning terminals provided in each of operation zones are set, within a certain period for every operation zone, a display means 12 for displaying a list of the operation plan in time series per each of the operation zones, an input means 13 for inputting the operation plan setting or correcting data, an operation plan setting means 14 for obtaining the data from the input means 13 to form or correct the data and for storing the data in the memory device 11, and an operation instruction means 15 for instructing the operation based on the operation plan to an operation control means 20 of the air conditioning terminal corresponding to the operation zone.
