PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information technology (IT) asset management service system corresponding to each enterprise, for reducing a cost for the IT asset management operation of each enterprise, and to provide a computer for an IT asset management center, and computer software.

SOLUTION: The IT asset management service system is provided with the computer 1 for the IT asset management center, and a client asset database 12, and transmits and receives information to and from a client system 2 connected via a communication line 3 to provide the management service of IT assets of the clients. The computer 1 for the IT asset management center has an initial investigation function, a system construction function and an information maintenance management function.
