PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To image display device capable of complementing for a dead angle area produced by a proceeding vehicle. SOLUTION: An image photographed by a camera of the proceeding vehicle is received through a communication device 19 and the received image is converted to an image projected when a set position of the camera is changed to a view-point position of a driver. This view-point converted image data are displayed on a windshield by a head-up display 14a. When a marker is displayed on the windshield and the driver focuses on the marker, a marker image formed on the cornea is detected by an eyeball photographing camera 14 and when this marker image is detected, the view-point converted image data are displayed.
