<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact self-ballasted fluorescent lamp which carries out light control lighting by switching on and off a low frequency alternating current power supply, which enables light control lighting wherein substitution nature with an incandescent lamp is not lost, and in which large cost increase is avoided. <P>SOLUTION: This lamp is provided with a fluorescent lamp main body 1 and a lighting circuit 2, which has a rectifying and smoothing circuit RS to rectify and smoothen the low frequency alternating current, an inverter INV to convert a direct current outputted from the rectifying and smoothing circuit RS into a high frequency, a load circuit LC interposed between the output end of the inverter INV and the fluorescent lamp main body 1, a drive signal generating circuit DSG to output a driving signal and to drive the inverter INV, and a light control control circuit DCC to receive a light control directive signal consisting of on and off of the low frequency alternating current AS and to control the drive signal generating circuit DSG to light-control and turn on the fluorescent lamp main body 1, and which is installed integrally with the fluorescent lamp main body 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
