<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium manganese complex oxide capable of composing a lithium secondary battery with excellent long-term preservation property when used as an activator. <P>SOLUTION: In the lithium manganese complex oxide contained in the lithium secondary battery as the positive electrode activator, a ratio of water content (weight ratio) in a state of powder with an average grain size of 100 μ m or less, is 2,000 ppm or less, on condition that a temperature is 20 to 30°C, and a relative humidity is 40 to 60 RH%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
