<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dictionary information corresponding to environment conditions at the position of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A dictionary information display program acquires the current position information of a user from a position measuring system by using a computer, and refers to an environment file in which the current position information of the user and environment conditions at the position indicated by the position information are stored so as to be associated with each other, and identifies the environment conditions at the current position of the user, and displays words to be used for the environment conditions as dictionary information indicating the corresponding relation of the first language and the second language corresponding to the environment conditions at the current position of the user at a display device by referring to a dictionary file in which words to be used for the environment conditions are stored so as to be associated with a plurality of languages.
